Can PRELUV15 be combined with sale or clearance items at Splits59?
Splits59 doesn't publish a clear policy on stacking PRELUV15 with sale items. Test at checkout — if it doesn't apply, the cart total will not update.
What could cause PRELUV15 to fail at checkout?
The most common issues are simple entry errors, an excluded final-sale item, or a basket that already reflects a separate markdown.
- Extra spaces, typos, or wrong capitalisation when entering the code.
- Your basket includes a final-sale item, which Splits59 marks as non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- The order is already discounted in a way that prevents the promo from applying.
- The checkout session differs from the test cart, so the total does not refresh the way you expect.
Customer Rating
Splits59 has a 2.9 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot from 2 reviews.
No clear positive theme stands out from such a small Trustpilot sample.
The visible complaints focus on slow or missing customer service replies, shipping delays, and weak communication during return issues.
Is Splits59 Legit?
Yes. Splits59 is a real, operating retailer with a live site, published contact details, current returns terms, and an active Trustpilot profile. The public rating is mixed to negative at 2.9 out of 5 from 2 reviews, so the brand is legitimate but the customer-service feedback is a concern.
Things to Watch Out For at Splits59
The main friction points in public feedback are slow customer-service responses, shipping delays, and returns that may take time to resolve. That means shoppers should keep order confirmations, track return receipts carefully, and expect email-based support rather than instant help.
